Join us this summer at TimberNook’s Extreme Art Adventure, where creativity meets the great outdoors! This exciting camp takes young artists on a week-long journey of imaginative expression and nature-inspired fun. The week begins with Artful Dens, as campers design unique hideaways using natural materials. Next, they’ll step into a regal world with Royal Art, crafting crowns and scepters fit for royalty. On day three, they’ll dive into Pottery Shops, molding clay into beautiful creations. Day four brings Color Discovery, where campers explore the magic of pigments and vibrant art-making. The adventure wraps up with Body Art, allowing kids to express themselves through safe, natural paints and designs. Each day builds on the last, ensuring your child gains confidence, creativity, and a collection of incredible handmade masterpieces by week’s end!
Please read this information carefully prior to registering your child.

When deciding if summer camp will be a good fit for your child, please take the following into consideration:
We maintain a 6:1 child/adult ratio where the role of the adult is to step back and tune in. TimberNook staff maintains visual contact with children but may be out of arm’s reach. Counselors allow children the opportunity to build conflict resolution skills and sense of independence, stepping in when safety is a factor.
- Children maintain visual contact of a TimberNook counselor, stay within the designated boundaries of our site, and manage their needs independently (such as eating, drinking fluids, and using the restroom). Please no children in diapers.
- We understand that children are individuals and sometimes have varying abilities and unique needs. If your child requires additional support, please contact us to make a plan prior to registering.
- We are outside 100% of the time with a safe location available in case of severe weather.

What a great program! My son had an amazing experience. He loved every moment and was eager to participate every day. He’s already asking to come back next year.
I loved being able to see all the photos of each day.

5 STAR CAMP for all ages!!!! My 4.5 yr old daughter attended Barefoot & Buckets camp this week end LOVED it! This camp truly inspires their imaginations, allows kids to learn outdoors through play and working through things in an uninhibited environment. They did a fantastic job getting the kids excited with their creative and unique themes each day and we would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a summer camp experience like no other! My daughter is also T1 Diabetic and they took extremely good care of her all week. This would a huge bonus for us!

This program is awesome! My kids had the most wonderful time. My 12 yr old said, “I knew it would be fun, but I had no idea it would be THAT much fun!”
