This classic TimberNook program is for older children who enjoy taking play to a whole new level through collaborative, creative, and sensory-immersive experiences with friends new and old. We guarantee a week full of adventure, games, and surprises! This week’s theme is Medieval Times. Children will have the opportunity to build castles using large materials and take-on medieval roles such as knights and dragons in a week of fun!

COVID-19 Statement: As our community continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, we realize how important it is to have access to natural surroundings where children and families have time and space to create, collaborate and challenge their minds and bodies. We remain committed to providing this opportunity to our community. Times as these call for flexibility and adaptation and as a result, we have established these policies.

If True Life Connection has to cancel the program day due to COVID-19, you may choose to receive a prorated credit to be used within 12 months of the program date, or a full refund minus 10% fees.

If you have to cancel your child’s participation in a True Life Connection program due to the Department of Health or your Local Health Professional’s orders related to COVID-19 diagnosis or exposure, you may request a prorated credit to be used within 12 months of the program date. Credits will not automatically be issued,  you must email [email protected]  to request the credit and provide proof of the quarantine order.

Weather-Related Cancellations: If True Life Connection has to cancel a program due to weather conditions, True Life Connection will either re-schedule the program or offer a program credit equivalent to the program/service daily amount paid. The program credit will be good for 12 months from the program date that was canceled.

Low Enrollment Cancellations: If True Life Connection has to cancel a program due to low enrollment, True Life Connection will either re-schedule the program, offer a program credit equivalent to the program amount paid, or offer a full refund minus 10% fees, paid via PayPal or check.

Refund Policy: True Life Connection LLC will use your investment to hold your child’s spot for camp. If you come upon an unforeseen circumstance, contact [email protected] 30 days before the first day of the program in question for a 50% refund or a 75% program credit that expires 12 months from the program start date. You can transfer your program registration to a friend at any time. You are responsible for all financial transactions and for notifying True Life Connection LLC of the change. Your friend is required to fill out waiver forms in advance for the program.

If unforeseen circumstances arise within 30 days of the program start date, you will be responsible for the full payment, no refund will be issued. We apologize for the inconvenience.

State Licensure Statement: True Life Connection LLC meets basic health and safety requirements to meet the exemption of licensure for Child Day Centers with the State of Virginia. We have no direct oversight from the Department of Education.
