The first TimberNook site in the state of New York! TimberNook North Country is located in the beautiful foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Fowler, NY. Our 5.3 acres of woods nestle perfectly around a nook in the Oswegatchie River, creating a magical setting for 100% outdoor play. We opened for play in April 2022 and provide adventures for children ages 1.5 to12.

TimberNook North Country is located in the beautiful foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Fowler, NY. Our 5.3 acres of woods nestle perfectly around a nook in the Oswegatchie River, creating a magical setting for 100% outdoor play. We offer a variety of unique experiences for children ages 1.5 to 12, from storybook themes and artistic creations to giant ball mazes through the woods. TimberNook’s sensory-rich play experiences naturally support the development of fine and gross motor skills, social-emotional skills, and sensory regulation. Summer registration opening soon!

ALL 3 of my Grandcildren (ages 3,7 & 10) had the opportunity to attend this year and all 3 loved their days spent at Timbernook! They each enjoyed their own program targeted for their age (Tiny Ones, Barefoot and Buckets and Going Wild). All 3 were sad to see it end and can't wait to go again!!! Kelly and her staff do an amazing job! The area is perfect! It was nice to see kids, being kids, outside playing and letting their imaginations lead the way in such a beautiful atmosphere!
