Sensory Adventures – TimberNook Northeast Florida

A week loaded with fun and all kinds of sensory challenging adventures in the woods.  Mud, shaving cream,  music, the children will get messy and get to experience classic games with a twist. Being in the woods challenges the body and the mind!

**Important** This is an outdoor camp offered 9:30- 1:30, as the heat index in Florida summers can reach over 100 degrees.   

**Any camper attending an experience will also need to fill out a separate waiver for our site to comply with Florida regulations** No refund will be provided for choosing to not sign the additional waiver- this is your choice however, the camper will not be able to attend our program.** 

TimberNook Northeast Florida- Cancellation and Refund Policy

Weather-Related Cancellations:

-If NE Florida has to cancel a program day due to weather conditions, we will either reschedule your child for another program day or offer a credit equivalent to the NE Florida program daily amount paid.

Enrichment Week Programs (Summer Weeks, Holiday Breaks):

-Full payment is required upon registration.

-All registration payments are non-refundable.

-You can transfer your program registration to a friend at any time. You are responsible for notifying NE Florida of the change. Your friend is required to fill out a waiver form in advance of the program.

-If space is available in another week, registration may be transferred to that week, please check with your provider for availability options.

-Payments are able to be saved as a credit towards a TimberNook Birthday Party

-Payments are able to be saved as a credit towards a School- Break Weekly program, only valid the following school year.

*An email on what to expect, wear, and pack will be sent two weeks prior to programming.
