Join us for our Wild Ones program. This program provides innovative learning opportunities through meaningful, child-led play. It fosters essential life skills, inspires creativity, facilitates connection, and integrates advanced cognitive & social emotional skills. Most importantly, children will create lasting memories for years to come!
Thursday October 30 from 9-1pm
Friday October 31 from 9-1pm
🌟 Why Timbernook? 🌿 100% Outdoor Experience – Rain or shine, the adventure continues! 🎭 Imaginative, Child-Led Play – Kids create their own stories while we provide the inspiration. 👀 Safe & Supportive
📌 Drop-off program: For kids ages 5-12 years old (We do accept some younger kids on a case by case basis). Please text me directly to discuss it: 608-327-9681.
ADD ON Option: Please note we are running a night program the day prior to kick off this special Halloween programming on WEDNESDAY October 29th from 4:30-8pm with parent showcase from 8-8:30pm to see what your kids created in the woods! YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR THIS.
Location: The Vines W13002 Schoepp Rd, Sauk City, WI 53583 (You’ll receive a map of drop off location a week before the camp.)
- Children are required to bring the following with them every day of TimberNook
1. Healthy lunch and plenty of snacks
2. Rain jacket
3. Filled water bottle
4. Change of clothes
5. Shoes/boots attached securely to the foot, no flip-flops, but barefoot is also welcomed
6. Clothes that are able to be played in and can get dirty, muddy or wet
7. Bug spray/sunscreen
8. Any medication needed (parent/adult with child will be responsible for any medication) - We are 100% outdoors. 🌿 Appropriate outdoor wear is required (if there is a question or concern, please reach out to us, and we will work together to make sure everyone is dressed for the weather, ensuring comfort and safety).
• Bathroom facilities available on-site with a sink to wash hands.
• Exclusive access to 2 acres of outdoor space designed explicitly to support and encourage the senses, creativity, imagination, adventure and the whole child.
• You will receive news and pictures of the day’s experiences and a comprehensive review.
• We expect children to be within sight of an adult at all times, stay within the designated boundaries of our site, and manage their needs (such as eating, drinking fluids and using the restroom).
• In the event of impending severe weather during a TimberNook program we will take shelter in our designated storm shelter
• Programs are held rain, shine or heat. If the weather is just too severe to be safe, programs are cancelled and a make-up class will be scheduled (if not possible tuition will be adjusted). Remember that soap, water and a bath will be your best friend. Expect that your child may get wonderfully messy, dirty, wet, cold or hot, but always happy!
A comprehensive welcome packet will be emailed a few days in advance with complete information on where to go, what to wear, what to bring and what to expect. (hint: expect lots of fun and memories to be made)
