Field Trips – TimberNook Northeast Florida

**Important** This registration is for aftercare hours for summer camp 2024.  Please register once per week you would like additional TimberNook time from 1:30-3:00PM.  You will receive an email from [email protected] confirming your weeks.  Please reach out with any questions or other requests.  

TimberNook Northeast Florida- Cancellation and Refund Policy

Weather-Related Cancellations:

-If NE Florida must cancel a program day due to weather conditions, we will either reschedule your child for another program day or offer a credit equivalent to the NE Florida program daily amount paid.

Enrichment Week Programs (Summer Weeks, Holiday Breaks):

-Full payment is required upon registration.

-All registration payments are non-refundable.

-You can transfer your program registration to a friend at any time. You are responsible for notifying NE Florida of the change. Your friend is required to fill out a waiver form in advance of the program.

-If space is available in another week, registration may be transferred to that week, please check with your provider for availability options.

-Payments can be saved as a credit towards a TimberNook Birthday Party

-Payments can be saved as a credit towards a School- Break Weekly program, only valid the following school year.
