Sensory Adventures – TimberNook Chiddingfold

TimberNook Sensory Adventure 

Come and be a part of our spring program here in Chiddingfold. These sessions are for children between 4 – 11 yrs! We begin with a story, then the children are given an invitation to play with ‘loose parts’  that are placed to enhance their experience in the natural environment. Leaders then step back and tune in to watch the magic happen!  The children benefit from unstructured play time learning to negotiate the natural fine and gross motor challenges presented in nature.

• Classes are held rain, shine, heat or snow.  If weather is just too severe to be safe and the class is cancelled and a make up class will be scheduled if possible or we will prorate your tuition.  Dress your children accordingly.  They will get wonderfully messy, dirty, wet, cold, hot and HAPPY.
• Children are asked to bring their own lunch, snacks and personal water bottles. We provide separate water for hand washing.

We look forward to Playing the TimberNook Way with your children in the woods!! Cancellation policy: If you cancel 4 weeks prior to 2nd April you will receive a refund minus a %15 cancellation fee. If you cancel after 5th March there will be no refund. No refunds will be issued for illness, quarantine or undesirable weather. We are a 100% outdoor program with no outdoor structure. We plan to be outside in rain. If the weather is unsafe, you will receive an email the morning of cancelling the class.  We hope you understand. We spend lots of time planning and gathering materials for these classes. We need to be able to plan ahead to make the best experiences possible.
